Refunds & Returns Policy

At JamieSossamon.com and LaborofLoveBlog.com, we are committed to delivering heartfelt services and quality offerings with clarity, integrity, and care. This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines our policies regarding purchases, service cancellations, and digital downloads.

1. Digital Products

All digital products — including but not limited to eBooks, guides, downloads, planners, templates, and courses — are non-refundable once purchased.

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access upon payment, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase, and contact us if you have any questions prior to checkout.

2. Doula Services (Birth & Postpartum)

Refunds for doula services are addressed in each client’s individual service agreement. Generally:

  • A non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure your place on our calendar.

  • If you cancel services after this retainer is paid but before support begins, partial refunds may be issued only in alignment with your signed contract.

  • Once services begin (e.g., prenatal visits, labor attendance, or postpartum shifts), no refunds will be issued.

3. Holistic Health Coaching

Coaching services are also governed by individual agreements. In general:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited without refund.

  • Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions begin. If you’re unsure, consider booking a single session before committing to a longer package.

4. Website Design, Branding, & Creative Services

All website and branding services require a deposit and a signed agreement prior to beginning work.

  • All payments are non-refundable once services commence.

  • If a project is paused or canceled by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, we welcome your feedback and are happy to discuss reasonable revisions when outlined in your agreement.

5. Payment Methods Accepted

We accept payments through:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

  • Square

  • Venmo

  • CashApp

  • Personal checks (in person or by mail)

Payment is required before services begin or digital products are delivered. Checks must clear prior to fulfillment.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

We proudly partner with select brands and may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you when you make purchases through affiliate links.

This includes (but is not limited to):
Amazon Associates, Bluehost, Astra, and other affiliate programs added over time.
