BEING HEALTHY DOESN’T HAVE TO BE HARD

Most people rarely get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Holistic Health Coach, graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I focus on creating a supportive, heart-centered space for you to be able to talk about and achieve your goals. I have been exposed to hundreds of dietary theories throughout my education and my own personal journey of wellness, and I use effective coaching techniques to help you find what works best for you in your lifestyle.

We are taught to focus our results strictly on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. In our coaching sessions, we won’t be creating lists of restrictions for you, we simply explore basic improvements you can do and create small, slow changes for lasting success. As my clients see how these gradual changes affect their health and happiness, they see we have deeply impacted more than they originally anticipated. My primary focus is to help each individual client work on what they want to improve in their specific situation.
