No, coaching is not therapy. While deep emotional insights may arise, our work focuses on forward movement, habit shifts, and holistic support—not mental health diagnosis or treatment. You’re always encouraged to work with a licensed therapist alongside coaching if needed.

Yes—these are some of the most common concerns I work with! While I don't treat or diagnose, I help you identify root causes, build supportive habits, and work in partnership with any medical care you're receiving.

That depends on your package.

  • The Gentle Shift includes one 60-minute session
