4 hours of virtual prenatal appointments (after your initial consult)
24-hour email, phone, and text support throughout your prenatal journey
Access to 75+ evidence-based resources via your private Client Dashboard, including Birth Planning, Preparing for Labor, Postpartum Planning & more!
Virtual on-call support (phone/text only) for emotional & physical guidance during labor, available from 38 weeks until birth
2 hours of virtual Postpartum Support after baby arrives
1 virtual Postpartum Follow-up session at 2–10 days after birth

- On-call physical & emotional labor & birth support from 38 weeks gestation to birth
- 2 hours of Postpartum Support immediately following the birth

- 2 Postpartum support shifts (4 hours each) any time after the follow up visit
