My soul-focus in my Holistic Health Coaching business is to look at all areas of each client’s life to see how they are connected with their personal health and wellness.

  • Does stress at work or a toxic relationship cause you to overeat?
  • Do your sleeping patterns prevent you from exercising?

This is what I mean by focusing on all aspects of your life and how it affects your health holistically.

I understand that each person’s needs are different, and will change over time, so we get in touch with your personal needs, and equip you with the tools to awaken self-awareness and make the best decisions concerning your personal situations.

We do not focus on any fad diets, or dietary theories, unless you thrive on a specific one. We simply define what is most important to you at the time for your health and happiness and then strategically co-create your goals for your health and well-being within reasonable time frames with an actionable list to know exactly what you are working towards.

 

What we work on together in a six-month program

 

Integrative Nutrition Plate

We focus on adding in local, organic produce, whole grains, proteins, healthy fats and water. This is an example of a plate that you can reference for your meal times, in accordance to portion sizes. Notice that is also encompasses lifestyle factors, since those also affect your health greatly.

Primary Food

Some people don’t realize the importance of this “food” category. It is not focused on the nutrition that goes into your body and cells, this is something greater that can affect our health on a daily basis if we’re not careful. We focus on creating healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, physical activity, and even a spiritual awareness, which are all essential to nourishing your body and cells deeper than you can imagine. When these “foods” are in balance, what you eat becomes secondary.

Bio-Individuality

Each client has unique food and lifestyle needs, so you will never see me give a one size fits all approach to health and wellness. I do have a favorite meal plan I give out on my resources page, but as I have seen over time, it does not work for everyone, because we are all unique. This is why fad diets don’t work for everyone, because one person’s food is another person’s poison. As we begin to uncover your peak personalized plan, we even explore your ancestral background as you make small changes to your unique needs.

 

Crowding Out

Crowing out unhealthy foods is one of my favorite things to do with clients. We add in more foods that are good for you, which naturally crowd out the unhealthy foods, since you will naturally steer away from them as we progress in your personal transformation together. It takes practice, but you have me by your side every step of the way.
